Star Catcher is a calm-looking game that quietly gets harder. Stars drift down from the top of the screen, and your only tool is a basket that slides along the bottom.
Move the mouse over the game field, or drag a finger on a phone, and the basket follows. Catch stars by letting them land inside the basket. Meteors look similar at a glance, so watch the shapes: catching a meteor removes one life. You start with 12 lives and the round ends when they run out. Stars that you miss are not penalised.
Stay near the middle of the field so you can reach both edges quickly. When a meteor and a star fall close together, let the star go; a missed star costs nothing, a caught meteor costs a life.
